Elaboration & grape variety
Elaboration : Wines are selected among the best terroirs AOP Côtes de Provence (PDO) and blended by our master-oenologist. Wines are tasted in December to assess the final blend , and then bottled.
Grape variety : Rolle 100%
Clear and bright colour. Complex nose with great finesse. Strong and acid first impression in the mouth. Nice structure with a finish combining citrus notes.
Tasting temperature: between 10 and 12°C
Cellaring: 2 years
