Description

Enjoying it's exceptional location in les Arcs-sur-Argens (30 minutes from Saint-Tropez and of Cannes) on the Côte d'Azur, Château Sainte Roseline is one of the most renounded wine estates of Provence. The prestigious wine estate and unique domaine both Site and Cru Classé, Château Sainte Roseline is a part of the rare A.O.P sides of Provence « Cru Classé » since 1955 (creation date and designation Cru Classé). We produce organic, fine and ballanced wines available in the three colors : rosé, white and red.

Aurélie Bertin took back the direction of this family estate in 2007 and infused it with her dynamism, her modern vision and oenotourism of the rather traditional and artisanal job of the vigneron, her perfectionism and evedently her femininity.

Château Sainte Roseline, a pioneer in CSR, places sustainable development at the heart of its commitments. Every action taken by the estate takes into account its environmental, economic and social impact. Awarded the Vignerons Engagés Label, the wine industry's first CSR label and ISO26000 certification by AFNOR.

Collection is the new . This rosé benifits from two prestigious appellations : AOP côtes de Provence and Cru Classé.

Vinification & grape varieties

Harvest carried out using a conveyor belt to prevent berry damage, followed by meticulous hand sorting and destemming. The berries are gently pressed to avoid oxidation. The must undergoes cold stabilization at 0°C for 15 to 20 days in temperaturecontrolled stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 15 days at 16°C, followed by aging on fine lees.

Grape variety : Tibouren 50%, Mourvèdre 25%, Grenache 25%

Tasting

 A delicate pale pink robe. A refined and gourmet nose, mixing aromas of white fruit: peach and pear. Ideal to combine with typical Mediterranean or Asian dishes (sushi) but also with fish and shellfish, white meat and salads.

 

Service temperature : between 10 and 12° C

Keep time : 2 to 3 years
