Description

Château des Demoiselles is a magnificent viticole domain of 300 hectares (of which 72 hectares of vignobles in Organic Wine and A.O.P Côtes de Provence), located in the Var hinterland, in the Esclans valley. Essential destination for those who wish to immerse themselves in the heart of Provence. The sublime bastide from 1830 is a welcoming guest house which houses five rooms all decorated in a “Bohemian Provençal” spirit. Endowed with a green garden and a swimming pool, the estate cultivates the sweetness of life and well-being. This living space can be privatized throughout the year for a stay with friends, a family celebration or professional events.

Aurélie Bertin took back the direction of this family estate in 2007 and infused it with her dynamism, her modern vision and oenotourism of the rather traditional and artisanal job of the vigneron, her perfectionism and evedently her femininity.

Château des Demoiselles, a pioneer in CSR, places sustainable development at the heart of its commitments. Every action taken by the estate takes into account its environmental, economic and social impact. Awarded the Vignerons Engagés Label, the wine industry's first CSR label and ISO26000 certification by AFNOR.

Between soupleness, freshness and femininity, the cuvee AOP Côtes de Provence Charme des Demoiselles ia the ideal complicity for you're summer with friends.

Temperatures maintained at 16°C throughout the alcoholic fermentation, which lasts about ten days. Aging on fine lees with stirring.

Types of grape : Cinsault 42%, Grenache 42%, Mourvèdre 10%, Tibouren 2%, Carignan, 2%, Syrah 2%.

Tasting

A salmon pink robe. A fine and delicate nose revealing refreshing notes of white flowers (hawthorn, honeysuckle).
Mouth : On the palate, a lively attack that gives way to a beautiful intensity and lots of freshness. The Grenache
brings roundness, and the Cinsault adds generosity.

Service temperature : entre 10 et 12° C
Keep time : 2 years
