The allegory range of grapes is the last born from the Roseline range. An effervescent rose wine in tribute to festive and convivial moments organised in the domaine all year. Elaborated from the Charmat method, it unveils fine bubbles and a lot of freshness.
A pink collor with intense salmon reflections. A regular perlage with very fine bubbles. On it's nose there is a beautiful aroma of exotic fruits, hints of pineapple and strawberry. When in the mouth, a beautiful equilibrium between minerality and acidity. A very elegant sparkling rose.
Grenache 45 %, Cinsault 35 %, Caladoc 10 %, Mourvèdre 5 %, Rolle 5 %
